HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - New data shows most K-12 school employees and state employees who were mandated to get vaccinated or else tested for COVID-19 are complying with Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont's executive order. A survey of public and private school workers, released Monday by the state's Department of Education, indicates more than 90% of K-12 school employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Meanwhile, 95% of executive branch state employees are complying with the governor's edict. The overall vaccination rate among those workers is 84%, an increase from nearly 81% on Oct. 22. The Department of Correction has the largest rate of non-compliance, at 12%, or 634 employees.
