45 year old Cirino Castillo-Lopez of Norwalk has been arrested for a second OUI offense after a traffic stop on Danbury Road in Wilton. Police say his vehicle was swerving and a child was inside. He faces charges including risk of injury to a child, OUI with a child passenger, driving without a required ignition interlock device and failure to maintain his lane.
