More Defendants Seek Diversion In DraftKings Fraud Case

Two more defendants in a Danbury-based DraftKings fraud case are seeking entry into a court diversion program. Prosecutors say the scheme involved stolen credit card information and more than $190,000 in fraudulent activity. At least ten people charged in the case have now applied for accelerated rehabilitation. If approved, the program could lead to charges being dismissed.
