Police in Wilton are connecting with residents through a “Coffee with a Cop” event aimed at strengthening community relationships. Officers met Wednesday with locals at Theo’s General Store, giving people a chance to ask questions and share concerns in an informal setting. Police also handed out safety vests funded through a state grant to help improve visibility for pedestrians and cyclists. The program is part of a national effort to build trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
