A new 20-million-dollar ShopRite opens Sunday at Nutmeg Square on Newtown Road in Danbury. The 59-thousand-square-foot supermarket takes over the former Stop & Shop location and becomes Cingari Family Markets’second ShopRite in the city. The store’s opening was delayed earlier this year by fire damage.
