Ridgefield police cited 85 year old Stephen Miller Crouse after his Ford Explorer struck a pedestrian in a crosswalk Wednesday afternoon. Police say Crouse was turning left from Grove Street onto Prospect Street. The pedestrian suffered minor injuries and was taken to Danbury Hospital for further evaluation.
