The Western Connecticut Council of Governments has released a new traffic calming and Complete Streets toolbox for municipalities. The 114-page guide covers measures including speed humps, raised crossings, roundabouts, bicycle facilities and curb extensions. It also provides guidance on project costs, safety benefits, planning and implementation.
