A 54 year old North Chesterfield, Virginia man has been extradited from New York’s Rikers Island jail to Connecticut to face forgery and identity theft charges. Newtown Police say Jon W. Raynor was charged with two counts of first-degree forgery, identity theft, and attempted larceny. He posted a $10,000 bond and is due in Superior Court in Danbury on June 26.
