A New Haven man faces reckless endangerment charges after police say he left a loaded handgun in a gas station restroom in Newtown. 27-year-old Brian Roman told officers he removed the gun while using the bathroom, then forgot it and left. He returned about 45 minutes later and later went to police. He is due in court October 21.
