Two western Connecticut communities near Danbury are receiving state transportation grants. Kent will get more than $920,000 to rebuild part of Bulls Bridge Road, while Washington will receive nearly $857,000 for sidewalk and pedestrian safety improvements around Titus Block Plaza.
