A New York company is making a second attempt to win approval for a concrete mixing plant along Route 7 in New Milford. The proposed 1.5 million dollar project still needs state air permits and local zoning approval. The company says pollution controls would capture nearly all dust emissions and traffic studies show the plant would add up to 108 trips a day.
