21 year old Matthew Nunez of Waterbury will serve two years in prison for his role in a New Year’s Eve shooting on Eden Drive in Danbury. He pleaded guilty Monday to three conspiracy charges involving reckless endangerment, a weapon in a vehicle and illegal gunfire. His five-year sentence was suspended after two years, with five years of probation. Police say surveillance footage and cellphone data linked him to the shooting.
