A Roxbury couple is threatening legal action after the town stopped them from allowing hikers and leashed dogs on trails across their 50-acre property. Charles and Eli Copley charged visitors about 10 dollars for trail maintenance. Their attorneys want the town to identify the ordinance prohibiting the activity.
