A community food drive in Newtown collected nonperishable food, diapers, personal care items and cleaning supplies for the FAITH Food Pantry. Organizers say the drive also brought in nearly 150 dollars in cash and 50 dollars in Big Y gift cards. The donations will help the pantry provide supplies to local families facing food insecurity.
