Police in Ridgefield say three people were taken to the hospital following a two-car crash along Danbury Road. The collision happened yesterday just after noon, backing up traffic and forcing detours along Route 7 for a time. Authorities say both drivers and a passenger were transported to Danbury Hospital. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
