Connecticut officials say the Stamford woman charged in the July 13 Danbury crash that killed Bridgeport police officer Cooper Whiteside and Brittany Islami has never been registered to vote in the state and never held a Connecticut driver’s license. Officials say reports confused her with a New Britain woman who has the same name and birthday. The suspect faces manslaughter, DUI and other charges.
