32 year old John Charles Forbes Petch of Newtown is now facing drunken driving and other charges following an investigation into a crash back on April 11 on Taunton Hill Road. Police say Petch was driving at a high rate of speed when his Tesla left the road, struck a utility pole and tree, and he was injured. He is due in court July 7.
