The Roxbury Land Trust is launching a campaign to save a popular trail threatened by erosion along the Shepaug River. Officials say damage from recent storms has weakened part of the Kress Family Trail at the Orzerch Family Preserve and could force its closure. The group hopes to raise 100 thousand dollars for repairs before construction begins later this summer.
