Brookfield police have arrested Doctor Jose Mahfoud following allegations involving a juvenile patient. Police say Mahfoud provided the juvenile with methamphetamine while the patient received treatment at Sophia Natural Health Center. He is charged with sexual assault and distributing a controlled substance to someone under 18.
